WHY DO WE EXIST?
We strive to make SoL Bulgaria relevant to the most pressing needs of humanity so that we together realize our deepest aspirations and resolve our differences. These needs are of higher level of awareness and consciousness, and of higher level of collective intelligence and wisdom.
We do that through discovering, promoting and implementing theories and practices of organizational learning for the interdependent development of people, their organizations and communities.
SoL serves as a space in which individuals, organizations and institutions can create together that, which they cannot create alone.
WHY ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING?
The capacity of any organization and its individuals to learn has always been a prerequisite for success and probably the biggest differentiator. Today, however, we live in times of constant volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. In such times, the ability to learn and unlearn becomes also a factor of survival.
Both organizations and individuals don’t need just any kind of learning, but learning that provokes a higher level of awareness and consciousness, learning that fosters a higher level of spiritual development. However, for years, learning has been focused on everything else but the emotional and spiritual growth of individuals. At the core of the organizational and institutional wrongdoings that we witness are individuals who have excelled in traditional universities but have not grown spiritually, they have not evolved to a higher level of consciousness.
