The mission of Junior Achievement Bulgaria is to educate and inspire young people to value free enterprise, business and economics to improve their quality of life. They motivate young people to be active and proactive and prepare them to know how and be able to realize their ideas in a competitive environment. Junior Achievement Bulgaria is a strategic partner of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Bulgaria in the integration of the competence “sense of entrepreneurship and initiative”.

Our efforts at the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL Bulgaria) are focused on discovering, promoting and implementing theories and practices of organizational learning for the interdependent development of people, their organizations and communities towards higher level of awareness and consciousness, higher level of collective intelligence and wisdom, ans thus higher quality of life. Needless to say, one of our core focuses are the young people of Bulgaria and we see our partnership with Junior Achievement in Bulgaria as a great opportunity to scale the impact of our efforts. We will continue to serve as a space in which individuals, organizations and institutions can create together that, which they cannot create alone.

See you at the 19th, 20th and 21st! And if you think you don’t have time to join us, think whether you and all of us can afford the time to continue doing things in the same way as untill now. As Einstein put it, “we can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”
